Provision of expert consultation and recommendation preparation services. These services were intended to improve the implementation, management, and administration of the Lithuanian Rural Development Programme 2014–2020 and to prepare for the implementation and administration of the Strategic Plan 2023–2027 for Agriculture and Rural Development of Lithuania.
During the implementation of the project, researchers provided consultations and prepared recommendations on administration of the measures encompassing direct payments from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGGF), financial, risk management, knowledge dissemination, innovation, digitization, agri-environmental protection, climate change, biodiversity, LEADER and community-initiated local development strategies (LDS).
Expert consultations and recommendations were prepared during the period starting from March 2022 until February 2025.
